Price Matching:

We would like the opportunity to earn your business. If you find a lower price somewhere else we welcome the chance to beat it. We request that you check Shipping & Handling rates as well as prices. We will factor this in when we verify competitor’s pricing. We may also review the competitors return policy (do they give refunds).

*When price matching instruments such as violins, mandolins, etc., a portion of the price is determined by the setup work done. A setup can easily take 60 minutes or more. Most internet sellers do not setup their instruments before shipment. We are confident that we offer the absolute best value in fully setup violins. We will not normally consider price matching if you are purchasing the violin from us fully setup. If you would like the violin without a full setup, we will do our best to beat any price.

Listed Prices:

We do our best to keep all prices on the website up to date.  Ocassionally there may be a mistake or oversight. In the event that a price has increased, we will contact you before filling your order. This will give you a chance to authorize the additional charge or cancel the order.
