Q: How can I track an order that I initiated over the phone? I have an ORDER NUMBER.

A: We have the ability to publish your order information to our website. We can assign a temporary password and you can login as if the order were placed online. You can request this at the time of order or email us and we will take care of it.  Once the order has been published online, you can see the current order status and tracking number(s) once shipped.  Your address and basic order info will be shown. You may then use this account information for future online orders. We do not publish credit card numbers to the website.

Additionally, if you supplied an email address at the time of your phone order and your package is shipped via UPS, you will receive a tracking number via email.
